MANILA, Philippines --- Over 57.2 million individuals in the country have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, while over 6.2 million have received their booster doses, Health Secretary Francisco Duque III said Monday. In a recorded briefing with President Rodrigo Duterte, the health secretary said this constitutes 73% of the target population of 78.1 million individuals.
