MANILA, Philippines--- On his 60th birthday, Senator Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa's wished for Senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson and Senate President Vicente "Tito" Sotto III's victory in the 2022 elections. Lacson is running for president with Sotto as his vice president.
