MANILA, Philippines ---The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Thursday said it has filed a complaint before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Bataan Prosecutor's Office against the incorporators of an alleged "bogus" auxiliary group of the organization. PCG spokesperson Armando Balilio said the 101ST BALANGAY PCGA, INC. registered with the SEC without the PCG's authorization on August 4, 2022. One of the incorporators include former Department of Interior and Local Government Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Martin Dio.
