MANILA, Philippines --- A fugitive listed in the Department of the Interior and Local Government's (DILG) most wanted individuals was arrested by authorities at Guagua, Pampanga, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Friday. PNP chief Gen. Dionardo Carlos confirmed reports from the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO), which said that the most wanted person, identified as Crispin Jimenez, 34, of Lubao Pampanga, was arrested during an operation along Jose Abad Santos Avenue in Guagua's Barangay San Matias.
