MANILA, Philippines --- Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, should he emerge victorious in the upcoming presidential race, is considering appointing fellow candidate Senator Panfilo Lacson as an anti-corruption czar of his administration. Moreno said this when he was asked in an ambush interview on Wednesday about what his first executive order would be --- to which the mayor replied by saying that he invites people to join his government based on merits, and regardless of whom they supported in the elections.
