MANILA, Philippines --- Health Secretary Francisco Duque III shared on Monday some "healthy habits for the heart" --- one of which was a call for couples to practice safe sex, particularly those celebrating Valentine's Day. "Especially now on this day of heart, it's necessary to wear a condom so that you won't get HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea, or other sexually transmitted diseases," Duque said during the weekly taped "Talk to the People" briefing with President Rodrigo Duterte.
