MANILA, Philippines---The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the Philippine National Police (PNP) will be submitting a supplemental affidavit-complaint against Gwyneth Anne Chua --- who came to be known as Poblacion Girl --- for violating quarantine protocols during the holiday season. During Monday's preliminary investigation, the prosecutor gave the police until Feb. 21 to submit the supplemental affidavit-complaint. They are also required to personally present their additional witnesses and affirm their affidavit.
