MANILA, Philippines---Terrafirma's Roosevelt Adams declined the team's extension offer but the Dyip still has the right of first refusal with the shooting guard being a restricted free agent. Dyip Governor Bobby Rosales, who also serves as the PBA Board's vice-chairman, said that Adams is free to explore his options but the team can still match any offer other franchises extend to 2019 top overall pick.
