MANILA, Philippines --- The COVID-19 growth rate in Metro Manila dropped further to -4 percent, according to an Octa Research fellow on Twitter Monday. Dr. Guido David noted that it was the lowest number since Jan. 6 after Metro Manila recently recorded 13,536 new cases of COVID-19. "The daily growth rate decreased to -4%, i.e. there is now a day to day decrease of 4% (based on the 7-day moving average)," said David. Meanwhile, the reproduction number also went down to 2.37 from Sunday's 3.0.
