MANILA, Philippines --- The low pressure area is now outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), but it will still continue to bring rains in Kalayaan Island on Friday, the state weather bureau reported on Thursday. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) toldreporters that the LPA is now out of the PAR as of 5 in the afternoon but will still bring scattered rains in Kalayaan Island. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora, on the other hand, will also have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to shear line or the tail end of a cold front.
