  MANILA, Philippines --- Former senator Jinggoy Estrada on Saturday said he will push for the creation of two national agencies which would help match skills and labor opportunities for millions of Filipinos displaced by the COVID-19 pandemic. Estrada was referring to the creation of the National Employment Assistance Center (NEAC) and the National Manpower Data and Placement Center (NMDPC) which he says, is vital given the country's current labor situation.
