LEGAZPI CITY --- A policeman and his half-brother were arrested Friday (Jan. 21) morning after allegedly killing a village councilman and an Indian national in Oas town, Albay province. The suspects were identified as Cpl. Bryan Aguilar of Barangay Maporong, a crime investigator assigned to the Polangui town police station, and Raymond Isaac Salanga, 23, of Barangay Mendez, both in Polangui town, according to Maj. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, the Bicol police spokesperson.
