MANILA, Philippines --- Luzon and the Visayas will experience cloudy skies and rain showers as the northeast monsoon or "amihan" continues to prevail over the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday. In Mindanao, cloudy skies, scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected in the Caraga and Davao regions due to the shear line.
