MANILA, Philippines --- The COVID-19 reproduction rate in Metro Manila is down to 0.35 from November 29 to December 5 this year, lower than the 0.92 recorded during the same period last year, independent group OCTA Research reported Monday. Reproduction rate indicates how infectious a disease is or the number of people infected by one case.
