MANILA, Philippines --- Fair weather will prevail nationwide on Sunday with possible isolated rain showers in Luzon and the Visayas due to the northeast monsoon or "amihan", the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported.
