LEGAZPI CITY --- A high-value drug suspect and her live-in partner were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Daet, Camarines Norte on Saturday night. Colonel Julius Guadamor, Camarines Norte police chief, said the suspects, who were identified only by their aliases, Karen, 32, and her live-in partner Inggo, 30, were arrested in Barangay Bagasbas at around 10:15 p.m. Karen was included in the illegal drugs watch list in the Bicol region.
