Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio said the LPA is currently inside the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and was 1,960 kilometers east of Mindanao as of 3:00 a.m. Aurelio said the LPA may enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Tuesday or Wednesday.
