MANILA, Philippines --- Huge parts of the country especially on the eastern side of Luzon and Mindanao may experience a rainy weekend due to systems that cause cloud formations, the state weather bureau said on Friday. According to weather updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the shear line near the northeastern part of the country may cause cloudy skies and rains over the Cagayan Valley, and the Aurora and Quezon provinces from Friday night to Saturday.
